Tusday Evening hikes are BACK!
Tuesdays through August 20, meet at 6 pm sharp

Meet at Temescal Gateway Park parking lot, northwest corner Sunset Blvd & Temescal Canyon Rd, Pacific Palisades

Wear boots or heavy shoes and water. We love our dogs and they love hiking with us but many of our hikes are on trails where dogs are not permitted on or off leash. Oakie appeared in over 100 movies and television programs over the course of a stellar career that spanned from the early 1920’s to the mid-1960’s. But he is probably most remembered for his portrayal of Benzino Napaloni, the boisterous dictator of Bacteria, in Charlie Chaplin’s The Great Dictator (1940), for which he received an Oscar nomination in the Best Supporting Actor Award category.
